2. PAYMENTS AND SERVICES

2.1 Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. The subscription period is one year.

2.2 We also offer certain services for one-time payment (“Pay-per-view services”). These services are available for a period of 48 hours from the time of purchase.

2.3 All financial transactions are processed through our payment gateway provider, PayPal, and we do not store any financial or transactional information on our site.

2.4 We reserve the right to share a portion of the subscription revenue with the organizations using the Service to raise funds.

3. CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NuSpeed Network and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
